Steam hosts a number of seasonal and thematic sales and events throughout the year. We hope you'll join us! Here's what's in the works...

Seasonal Sales

Four times a year, we run Steam-wide seasonal sale events. Any game released at least 30 days before the event start date is welcome to participate with a discount. Enter and submit your discount for each via the Discount Management page.

2025 Seasonal Sales

Summer Sale | June 26 - July 10, 2025

Autumn Sale | September 29 - October 6, 2025

Winter Sale | December 18, 2025 - January 5, 2026

Themed Sale Events (Fests)

These events spotlight a particular category of games with corresponding eligibility criteria; while discount games are prioritized, free games, games in Coming Soon, and games with demos are also welcome to participate. Each of these events will be promoted on the homepage of Steam and organized into sub-categories relevant for each event.

May 26 Jun 2	Zombies vs. Vampires Fest	Registration details	Games featuring Zombies or Vampires or both. More info.
Jun 16 Jun 23	Fishing Fest	Registration details	Games that are dedicated to the noble pursuit of catching fish. More info.

Next Fest

Running three times a year, Steam Next Fest is a multi-day celebration where fans can try out demos, chat with developers, watch livestreams, and learn about upcoming games on Steam. For developers, Steam Next Fest is an opportunity to get early feedback from players and build an audience for a future launch on Steam. Upcoming (unreleased) games with a playable demo are eligible to participate.
